David Van Knapp is the author of six books: Five of them are in the TOP 40 DIVIDEND GROWTH STOCKS series. The most recent is TOP 40 DIVIDEND GROWTH STOCKS FOR 2012: How to Create and Maintain a Dividend Growth Portfolio (January, 2012). In this annual series, Dave uses his Easy-Rate™ scoring system to identify the Top 40 dividend growth stocks for the year. Beyond the stocks themselves, his eBook lays out a comprehensive method to create, maintain, and improve a dividend growth portfolio.
Dave is also the author of SENSIBLE STOCK INVESTING: How to Pick, Value, and Manage Stocks (March, 2008). It is a general book on stock investing, suitable for begining and experienced investors alike. Dave holds an undergraduate degree in physics from Holy Cross College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. He received business training throughout his career, at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, one of the world’s leading graduate business schools. After a corporate career that included positions with general management and strategy development responsibilities, Dave has been analyzing and writing about stocks since 2001. He and his wife Sue live in Webster, NY.
