                Upon further review, filing by Icahn indicates tender conditioned on $LGF not issuing securities (ex-options) & no M&A > $100M. So no arb??

                    With Lions Gate's (LGF) registration to issue up to $750M of debt/equity, does Icahn still offer $6? His only provision was no M&A > $100M.
