                                Tit-for-tat LGF-Icahn.... does that mean $LGF to (over) bid for MGM studios? Sure hope not. Shareholders should have right to vote here.

                                    Icahn to try and buy all of Lions Gate $LGF for $6. Good luck with that. How about $6 x 2. I actually agreed w some of his proposals too

                                            Recv'd Icahn's tender for $LGF. Appreciate/support his efforts but no way am tendering! Not at $6. Icahn obviously sees upside of 6.

                                                Upon further review, filing by Icahn indicates tender conditioned on $LGF not issuing securities (ex-options) & no M&A > $100M. So no arb??

                                                    With Lions Gate's (LGF) registration to issue up to $750M of debt/equity, does Icahn still offer $6? His only provision was no M&A > $100M.
