  • May 1 Engineering and construction firm Foster Wheeler (FWLT +5.1%) gains in spite of posting a disappointing Q1 this morning on lower revenue. Investors appear to be encouraged by a 77% rise in net earnings, as margins were boosted on a jump in operating profit and higher order bookings from its power group.
